wine's winhelp doesn't compile

I also just figured out that the mailman error logs were so big simply
because a couple of mailman database files were in bad shape (possibly
from the last time the disk went full (when I moved the apache log
files)), and thus mailman constantly generated errors... that should be
fixed now...
