TurboTax 99 dosen't work

OK. I provided rpcrt4.dll, and it loads fine. But now when I try to open a
file, I get the following on the console:

fixme:commdlg:GetFileName95 Flags 0x00800002 not yet implemented

and the program gives a dialog that says:

Fatal Error Loading Data File; Load Error 539 in S1997ZCA;

Obviously the intuit error isn't very lucid. But I'm wondering if you can
tell anything from the wine error? :o
