Unable to find dlls

my ~/.wine/config file has a different format it looks like

[wine]
"Windows" = "c:\\windows"
"System" = "c:\\windows\\system"
"Temp" = "e:\\"
"Path" = "c:\\windows;c:\\windows\\system;e:\\;"
"Profile" = "c:\\windows\\Profiles\\Administrator"
