Change to PostScript driver - please test!

I am about to submit a patch which makes a significant change to the way
the Wine PostScript driver deals with code pages, character sets, etc.
Since I am an ugly American, I can't really test it with non-ASCII
characters, but I would like to get some confirmation that it doesn't
break things horribly before I send it in.

I'm looking for people who regularly build Wine from source and use the
PostScript driver, especially people who use characters outside
Microsoft's "ANSI" character set (code page 1252).  Please apply the
following patch before your next build and let me know how it affects
you.
