How to conver the windows registry to wine registries?

Read the documentation about wine.conf.  Win95 stores its registry in two
files,  USER.DAT and SYSTEM.DAT.  If Wine can see these,  it will
automatically read them in upon loading and merge the information with its
own registry-database files,  which are stored in plain-text form.
