wine options missing

Hello,

I´m new to this list but using wine for a long time. Mostly using
recent versions from f. e. "Daily Wine".

On recent bonary from the cvs source tree I missed some startup
options:

--language
--desktop

Why have they removed?

I´m using some win programs with different desktop sizes and loved to
have this options.
