Urgend: wrong time for WINE-Applications

This gives me the correct time! I think it seems to be a Notes R5 issue. 
Even if it shouldn't be!

Pre-build binary. I had have no success compiling wine myself. It just 
didn't start any Windows application. Not even notepad.exe
