WineHQ down again - not a DNS problem

It's not down, and has not been down for ages.
The WineHQ IP address was 209.167.40.140 (the IP address Gerald found is
not the right one, it points to Bertho's old mirror in Denmark).

In the weekend, the problem was that Corel misconfigured its NS records,
making Corel's own DNS servers inaccessible (www.corel.com could not be
resolved either), though not down if you already knew the IPs of the
domain's DNS servers. It appears they fixed it on Monday.

This time they changed the address records of winehq.com, to
206.47.20.125, for some reason, so it *is* a DNS issue. The
new IP address did not work when the records were activated.
They seem to have changed the IP of the actual machine now, though,
the new IP is reachable now.
