1) download the latest 16bit version of MSIE
2) makesure all DLL's are set to native
3) install MSIE
4) $ wine /path/to.exe

Well it works for me!

Don't expect icons though they're black boxes. But it works okay ;). If 
you're needing the 32bit version I've never beenable to install without a 
'real' windows and when I've got windows it dies on typing the url. Though 
I'm using an oldish (4 month+) Codeweavers so I'll apt-get what ever's in 
debs and see what happens.
