Don't run it on a slow machine, have plenty of RAM, and use a light
window manager (not KDE or Gnome). I have a Duron 750 at 966 (7X138) with
640MB RAM and Wine was a little slow and unstable in KDE and Gnome, runs
great in IceWM.
