winemulating ICQ 2001b

Anybody has runned ICQ 2001b successfully with Wine?

When I try to run it, it crashes on the startup.
Maybe the fault is in NTDLL.dll.3 which has not
implented fully yet? Or I don't have all dll's?
I'm not sure for I'm a newbie with Wine... :(

Actually I would prefer Licq instead of ICQ 2001b but I have had
so much problems with communicating between Licq and ICQ 2001b
(and 2000b) clients so I would like to have this ICQ 2001b
working in my Linux. If somebody knows Licq which supports e.g.
that new protocol of ICQ 2001b (and 2000b) or works better
behind a firewall with ICQ 2001b, it would help me a lot.
