rh7.2 starts wine in runlevel 3!

It's a problem because /sbin/telinit 3 hangs.
Requiring X at runlevel 3 is a violation of the LSB
http://www.linuxbase.org/spec/refspecs/LSB_1.0.0/gLSB/runlevels.html

Yes, I use that sometimes.  Perhaps rh's init script for wineserver
should start wineserver that way at runlevel 3.  Or does it make
sense to run wineserver at all from init?
