Segfaults, winebuild, and glibc 2.2.3

Hehehe.  I'm such an idiot.  Okay, even while I had glibc 2.1.92, gcc
2.96-85 was working fine.  After I upgraded to 2.2.3, wine refused to
build; HOWEVER, gcc 2.96-85 still worked fine.  Therefore, by process of
elimination, the upgrade of gcc to 2.96-99 was not what fixed it: IT WAS
THE UPGRADE OF BINUTILS TO 2.11.  Well, duh.
