Starting Wine automatically at boot time ?

In order to use some apps in an automatic build system, it is necessary to
use Wine.

At the moment, it seems you have to log in and run Wine explicitly to make
it available.

Is there a mechanism (or a version!) which could be run as part of the INIT
sequence, which would make Wine available to apps without this explicit step
?
