sol from windows nt runs fine.
What is not running is using system dlls from
windows nt.
Invalidate them in your config file and sol
will start (not sure about more complex apps :-))

The debugger tries to start because Wine crashes
(dlls problem), but it can't.

This is another problem, and the reason of this
one is probably because the debugger is not
setup correctly (as said in the message)
