The look of wine

Three simple questions:

What does wine use to translate .ico s into .xpm s?

Are the icons wine uses in it's dialogs really that badly colored or are
they just badly tuned for the depth I'm using (16)?

Why is the wine icon in all it's dialogs a badly colored martini, I
though it was wine I was drink'n here!

All you have to do to get windows apps to run on Linux is give them
enough alcohol to drink. The only problem is they can't walk a straight
line once you get 'em there.
