Actually, the WineMM section is not (completely) necessary.
Eric wanted to make it mandatory to configure this part of
the config file (hence the message) but the Wine maintainer
nixed removing the default values, so the hard-coded values
will not disappear 'soon' if ever.
These values can be found in dlls/winmm/lolvldrv.c, routine
MMDRV_InitHardcoded
