Wine subtitutes the core DLLs and _can_ in some situation use some WinXX
dlls. You can't use the native core DLLs (kernel,user, ntdll). So try first
to run without native dlls and only use native dlls with some thinking.

Your error report doesn't give much fact. I suspect some errors in your
configuration.
