problems with winedbg

Trying Tomb Raider Demo 1
(ftp://ftp.eidos-france.fr/pub/fr/tomb_raider/demos/tomb1.zip) gives me
this error (as some other programs)
I'm using gcc3 3.1-5 from Redhat.

(I wanted to say "something" with stg excuse me lol)
