Do you mean one configured and built on your system, or a precompiled
one?  If the latter, it wants the freetype library, and it can't find
it.  I don't have freetype, and my libuser32 isn't looking for
FT_Vector_Rotate, so that would be my best guess.  IIRC there was a
problem with freetypes earlier than 2.0.3, so if you go get freetype
be sure to get that one.

If you think you have the freetype library, make sure the directory path
to it is in /etc/ld.co.conf, run /sbin/ldconfig, and try again.
