DX81eng won't install - user.exe dll not found in memory

Hi,

I want to install DirectX 8.1 Eng.

The file decompresses ok, launches dxsetup.exe,
and stop with this message :
err:module:BUILTIN32_LoadLibraryExA loaded .so but dll
user.exe still not found - library environment problem
or version conflict, check your setup.

ls -l /usr/local/lib/wine/user.exe.so user32.dll.so

I don't have a user.exe in fake windows tree.
What should I check now ?
