Kernel32.dll

When trying to run Kazaalite i get an error message relating to kernel32 
being missing. and something to do with an undefined symbol 
BeginUpdateResourceA in kernel32.dll.so in the wine directory. I assume the 
two are related, does anybody have any suggestions on how to rectify the 
error?
