Starting a linux prog "from wine"

Hi,

How is it possible to start a linux application "from wine" ?
For instance, say you're using word for reading a document. There is then an 
http link. If you click on it, then it starts e.g. IE. But you would like to 
start mozilla instead, and have mozilla get directly this call including the 
link. 

Is there a way to param. wine to get this behaviour ?
