like Rein showed you, its possible with config file.

but its a bad idea to want access to /home/user/.wine from wine.
there are only text files and they dont have to be modified by hand,
except /home/user/.wine/config
the 3 other .reg files are handled by regedit and all the other
programs.

what can be the only usage for you to write it by hand from wine ?
