How Can I use my already installes apps in windows 2000 with wine?

I think it's not in the package. First it doesn't appear in my PATH. second 
I did:
  tar -tzf /Downloads/wine/Wine-20031118-i686-S9.tgz | grep -i "tk"

and the result was nothing.

If u want I can publish the list of the the whole package. BTW, can I find 
winesetuptk elsewhere??
