Video for Windows using "Wine".. Video Capture

Hello all,
 
We are currently trying to find anyone that has had success in getting any
video for windows, netmeeting, or any other type of app that includes video
capture to work under wine.
 
Our system:
RH 8.0
Wine 20020605
 
 
 
Any help or info to links that may show info is much appreciated.
