FreeBSD/wine-2003.01.15 socket problem

I have recently upgraded to wine-2003.01.15, running FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE.
I can no longer connect to anything using socket applications under wine (mIRC, Half-Life). 

While attempting to retrieve a server list in Half-Life, wine spits out the following error:

fixme:winsock:WS_bind Setting WS_SO_REUSEADDR on socket before we binding it

Any ideas?
