Wine 20030318, glibc 2.3.2, RH (not phoebe)

Apparently I do. At least I think I do. Installing the src rpm works,
and as far as I can tell, I have all need dependencies met for those
tools. I could be missing something though. Is there a doc which lists
all the requirements and versions?
