I've tried it against 20030115; the patch goes in cleanly, but the build
dies with this error:

gcc -c -I. -I. -I../../include -I../../include -g -O2 -Wall
-mpreferred-stack-boundary=2 -gstabs+ -fPIC -D__WINESRC__ -D_OLEAUT32_
-DCOM_NO_WINDOWS_H -D_REENTRANT -o stdole32.tlb.spec.o stdole32.tlb.spec.c
gcc: stdole32.tlb.spec.c: No such file or directory

There are no .spec or .spec.c files included in the patch, and there are
none in the distribution; I would guess that (as I read the patch) these
shouldn't be needed since stdole32.tlb and stdole2.tlb are just alternate
names for ole2disp.dll? But so is typelib.dll, and there are .spec and
.spec.c files for that... I think I'm pretty much at a dead end here.
