Quicken can't load browser

I'm running Quicken 2001 deluxe with wine version 20030508

All seems to be working ok except when Quicken tries to load my browser (ie 
5.1 or Netscape 7.0). Shell output is included below. 
Any ideas how I can get this working? One of my banks supports only qfx 
downloads so I really need this feature. tia
