ddraw regression?

As sort of a follow up to my earlier email, I was able to get ie running
and browsing, sort of. However, when I try to hit some sites, I get the
following:

I can't tell what the windows error message is, because the dialog never
finishes painting. Also, wine never actually gets to a debug prompt. It
just hangs completely.
