ntdll.dll problems

Hi all

I have attempted to install a number of programs but get this constant 
error.

Unhandled exception: privileged instruction in 32-bit code (0x40127a8b).
In 32-bit mode.
0x40127a8b (NTDLL.DLL.memcpy+0x6eacb in libc.so.6): movl        
%gs:0x00000418,%ecx
Wine-dbg>

I have moved from a windows drive ntdll.dll and changed config to native 
for this dll.  This has not worked.
I am now lost as to what to do.

Can anyone help please.
