libgl.so fails to load after wine-cvs update

I noticed that after every 'configure,make dep && make install' from 
wine-cvs, my 'glxinfo' starts to crash when it tries to load libGL. At 
that step, I need to go into DRI-CVS and do a make World/make install 
before I can get any openGL applications to work. why does re-installing 
Wine corrupt my openGL setup?
