to fix these, better upgrade your Wine. the latest version includes "/"
as the Z drive
and takes care of the "wait4" problem.

Try to use only one version of the program.

About the CDROM label, this could be unrelated to your problem.
Be sure to remove any "Label" line from your fake cdrom drive configuration.
