Trouble with running a program called "Foodlink" under Wine

Foodlink is actually a ".mde" database...and uses Microsoft Access 
Runtime '97 to run...  its purpose is to place orders with a Natural 
food coop that we are a member of..it is the last issue in my wife's 
adoption of linux....

Has anyone had success getting the Access Runtime working properly under 
Wine?
