Wine and WineX together?

I have both wine and winex-cvs installed; winex is launched through a shell
script in which two environment variables are set:

export INSTALLDIR=/sec/winex-cvs

is the directory in which the binaries, libraries and dlls live.

export WINEPREFIX=/home/fab/test/winex-cvs

is the directory in which the config files and registry are kept.

Wine itself is in /usr/local (binaries and libraries) and the config file
are in ~/.wine.

Both installation are oblivious of the other thank to these arrangements.
