[WINE] Failed To Get CommonFilesFolder

wine cvs version 20040408

when trying to install a program, during the "preparing install shield" portion,
I get the
following error=

Failed To Get CommonFilesFolder

when in debug mode, the last few lines are:

warn:storage:StgStreamImpl_Read read 18 instead of the required 1024 bytes !
warn:imm:ImmAssociateContext ((nil), 0x403afb48): semi-stub
warn:imm:ImmAssociateContext ((Nil), 0x403afa68): semi-stub


I then click on the OK and the program closes.

I did a few searches around, but wasn't able to find anything.

Running Gentoo Linux 2004.2, kernel 2.6.7-gentoo-r12
