wine and arts-20040209 cvs dont mix.

Hi all.

I have found that wine (from 20040212 to 20040131 and earlier) and
arts-20040209 cvs don't mix. Wine crashes when the arts driver is selected in
the .wine/config and quicken 2000 is started or word 97 is started and the
file menu is selected. When the oss driver is selected there is no problem.
Attached is the log and backtrace of both quicken and word. I have tarballed
it to save bandwidth :)
