Sound options

If filed a bug and was asked to try various CVS dates and see what 
happened.  So far 1/1/2004 works (wine --version is 20031223).  Stuff 
after that (1/15/2004) does not work.  I'm trying to narrow it down. 
However, I have a question.  CVS always gives me the date of the last 
release such as 20031223 or 20040121.  Shouldn't it give me the date I 
ask for the update or is that not available?  When I update from one to 
an earlier date I see notes about files not being in the tree.
