dongle protected software

[rada and gus]

Is there a way to run dongle protected software (parallel port dongle) 
in wine? I did a search on the list archives and on google but only 
found a reference to this dated 1999, which stated that it was not 
possible.

I have Red Hat 9 and wine (wine-20031212-1rh9winehq.i686.rpm) running on 
a compaq presario 2800 which has a pentium 4 1.4 GHz with 256MB RAM.  
Wine seems to be running fine and I have some windows software running 
well on it.  Thanks.  Gus.
