[Wine]Old app refuses to run

Hi

I need to run an old application (created in 1995) called "wine.exe" It
is a MS created program about wines (the drinking type!). The program
starts up ok but as soon as one chooses a entry on the program I get the
following errors
I am using the 20040615 release on a RH9 platform. 

Any idea how to resolve this?
