phpEdit and MSI

Good morning!

I'm running a fairly close-to-stock Redhat 9 box, and I've installed
wine from the rpms. I have a ~/.wine/c/windows/system directory. When I
go to try to install the new version (version 1.0) of phpEdit, it fails
with the "low diskspace or corrupted cab file" message that I'm sure
you're all familiar with.

I've tried installing InstMSIa.exe (wine InstMSIa.exe), and I get the
same error. I've tried using regsvr32 to register some msxml*.dll files
I've brought over from my laptop, but no go.

The specific error is:
wine ../InstMsiA.exe
fixme:ntdll:FILE_GetNtStatus Converting errno 38 to STATUS_UNSUCCESSFUL

and then an alert box with "Extracting file failed. It is most likely
caused by low memory (low disk space for swapping file) or corrupted
Cabinet file. (OK)

I've enclosed a copy of my ~/.wine/config file- it looks like the
"winetools" program modified it slightly, but the error messages have
not changed.

Any help getting MSI installed so I can get PHPEdit installed would be
swell. :)
