IE 6 service pack 1

I have just tried to install internet explorer and the installation fail.

Here is my setup
1) Wine 20040213
2) I compiled and installed it myself
3) I am running redhat 9.0 linux with kernel version Linux version 2.4.20-20.9 (bhcompile at porky.devel.redhat.com) (gcc version 3.2.2
20030222 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.2-5)) #1 Mon Aug 18 11:37:49 EDT 2003
4) I have not tried any other wine version.

5) I downloaded ie6setup and it download and installed to 45% done ant them stopped with no
    error messages.  I failed in install components
