Trying to get a VB-Application running on Suse 9.0 and Wine 09032004. But error 'undefined function 'CStr' in expression 308

CStr is a VBscript function, and it requires Internet Explorer.
So you'll have to install Internet Explorer, any version will do, then try
running your program again.
Note that you need a valid Microsoft Windows license to install internet explorer.
