lowlevel problems registering dll with regsvr.

I've registered the atl.dll
and now the regsvr32 returns other error while trying to register
atlengine.dll again....

 do you have a slight idea why's that? I can't inderstan it... I've had
 some ideas about the previous but I didn't know there is atl.dll in
 windows/system dir... but now... no idea, this is a closed source
 program... no idea how to see what it requiers....
