i have tried installing dx7, dx8, and, dx9 on wine-20040505, and only
the dx9sdk installs out of the 4.  doesnt really matter tho, nothing
else installs.  recursive calls, and memory leaks...  hoo-ray...  are
the older versions of wine better in this regard?
