[Wine]Wine 20041019 - Error Installing XviD (log + errors included)

This is from my ~/.wine/config:

[DllOverrides]
"rpcrt4"       = "builtin, native"
"oleaut32"     = "builtin, native"
"ole32"        = "builtin, native"

This should be correct, right? Still getting the errors when installing
the program. =/
