If you have a copy of Windows around, preferably Win98, look for a copy 
of atl.dll. Copy that into your Wine C:\windows\system folder. Then in 
your ~/.wine/config file, add a section like:

[AppDefaults\\sketchup.exe\\DllOverrides]
"atl" = "native, builtin"
