[Wine]menu bar doesnt work

It probably does not help, but I experience similar behaviour when I use
MS Excel and MS Access at the same time. After closing MS Access, the
menu bar works again. I have not had time to investigate in details so far.

Workaround was to use the keyboard (Alt + shortcut)
