[Wine]Error "deadbeef"?

Can anyone help with this one - I have set NETUI2.DLL to Native and
copied it to \system32 with no improvement?

NETUI2.dll.?QueryItemText at MENU_BASE@@QBEJPAVNLS_STR@@II at Z imported from
L"C:\\Program Files\\stools\\USRMGR.EXE", setting to 0xdeadbeef
